Movie description
One of the better vampire films about two new-in-town brothers who discover a local gang of motorcycle youths are more undead than alive. Younger brother Sam (Corey Haim) works hard to eradicate the ghoulies but his older brother (Jason Patric) falls in love with the bunch's lone female (Jami Gertz). Soon, he finds that he's gradually becoming a vampire himself. An interesting candy-coated meditation on teen conformity with a great rock soundtrack.

Credits
Cast: Billy Wirth, Corey Haim, Jami Gertz, Jason Patric

THIS IS A BRAND NEW UNOPENED ITEM.

Sold for a penny a chapter on the streets of London in 1845, "Varney the Vampire"
is a milestone of vampire fiction, yet ignored and overlooked for nearly 100 years.

ABOUT:
Varney the Vampire; or, The Feast of Blood was a mid-Victorian era
serialized gothic horror story by James Malcolm Rymer
(alternatively attributed to Thomas Preskett Prest), which first a
ppeared 1845–47 as cheap pamphlets referred of the kind then referred
to as "penny dreadfuls". The story was published in book form in 1847.
It is of epic length: the original edition ran to 868 double columned
pages divided into 220 chapters. It altogether it totals nearly 667,000
words. Despite its inconsistencies, Varney the Vampire is more or less
a cohesive whole. It introduced many of the tropes present in vampire
fiction recognizable to modern audiences to this day.
